I thought I might start a thread for posting your latest terrain projects. This is a work in progress thread for any projects that you may be working on. Anyways here's my latest project, parts for a Russian workers accommodation block. and a multi purpose chimney, not quite finished. Post away lads, I'm always keen to see others are working on. Cheers Kim

Nice work there LordsWarrior. Where did you get those wall sections? they don't look like GW stuff.
Guess what Phil.... no progress. I've been working on building and undercoating troops ready for painting. Oh yeah and hills for Italy, Tunisia and Russian front tables. I'll post pictures of those when I get home...... hopefully :-)

Nice work there LordsWarrior. Where did you get those wall sections? they don't look like GW stuff. Thanks The walls are part of the Fellowship of the Rings Ruins Spru. Can get it with the magazines, in a spru on its own or in the FotR box set. -LW

Cool Typical I stop getting the mag before the cool stuff comes out. Here's whats been keeping me from making the Russian workers accomdation mold The larg hill is made out of the lid of a polystyreen fish bin. I scored 4 from a skip out the back of Countdown last Friday night. I'm kicking myself now because the bins themselves would have made cool terrain boxes Cheers

Combat training starts early at your place eh. I like the trees btw, did you use the wire and steel wool technique to make em?

Kim, is that balsa you are using for the workers' block? I got some from graham in the hutt but yours looks a lot finer, the stuff I got is quite coarse, with obvious grain running through it.

I got mine from Graham as well. I think its 1.0 or 1.5mm stuff. Guess it might be that the grain varies and I got a good bit.
I've still got to make those molds, how slack is that!!
