It looks nicely done tho mr yak. Are you going to use it as gaming terrain or as a diorama, hence the wooden base?

it's terrain, the base it's sitting on is just a turntable I use for painting.

hey nice. I only played bloodbowl a couple of times when it first game out, but I loved it. I had a couple of the very early citadel blood bowl ogres, not painted up as blood bowl figures, they were just very cool ogres.

Just officially released my 15mm building facades. Here's some shots of the final ruined demo piece I took last night for the launch. My apologies to the 'Garage Gamers' who have seen these already Don't stand in the windows! Broken glass... Parking in the rear...

nice one Kim. I particularly like the last one - is that alternative WWII then?
Been pretty busy myself - not too far away from from having a couple of DBA armies to play with. Just need opponents now...anyone around...?

Thats the left overs from my 40k Imperial Guard army. I kept a few of my favorite figures when I sold the rest.
So do tell, what projects are nearing completion in the alchemists cave?
I'm definately up for a game when you have those DBA armies done and ready to go.

well bizarrely, my medieval scots look they are going to be finished first. Bizzarre, because that's not even one I particularly wanted, I just started it when I got into my medieval buzz a while back, and realised the other day that it's almost finished while my other medievals are still sitting in their boxes. Them and the english are near completion, but attaching the 24 bowstrings to the 24 archers is holding me back on that one. That and the fact that ADD forced me onto steam punks and samurai recently. Sadly samurai also have lots of bowstrings, so I'll probably loose interest in that one too before long. Ahh I'm rambling. Basically I've got enough elements for about four armies, but because I can't stay focused, they're all different armies. I think last count I had started something like 15 armies. Finished 0.

Currently work on a power plant for my warhammer 40000 battlefield. It got actual moving power generators that spin round.

Well thanks to the damn history channel, who have been showing more wwii than ancient stuff this week, I've given up on dba for a bit to go back to fow. My DAKers need some terrain, so my next project will be some tunisian terrain. I've been to Tunisia, so I've got some first hand knowledge, although it ws about 30 years ago so my memory may be a bit hazy.
One thing I fancy but may be a bit tricky is an underground settlement. Remember the Lars' family farm from Star Wars? I've actually stood in that hole in the ground, and those things would make cool, if a little useless, terrain pieces.

Righto, I've been rather more active on the terrain front over the last few weeks than usual. Here's some masters of dungeon floor sections ready for the moulding process. The doorway is almost complete too. It's nice to have a project to work towards. Cheers All
