What are the four different gods/realms? are they based on different elements or what? it'd help with suggestions to know those

Some good fodder there, I'm sure we'll be able to come up with suggestions.
One thing i have considered producing is a range of modular boards, say 12" square that can be joined up in any way you like to make a gaming board.
Would there be any interest in these?

They are not really out there kind of settings but could easily be normal battlefields if you dont want heaps of out of place terrain.

magic is perceived as peaceful so you could have common stereotypes of calm (a stream, woods etc.) but chaos magic is fierce so maybe fire and stuff. change could be illustrated by stark contrasts close together so on the same quarter have gren grass next to burnt and so forth.

right ok, from that information I'm getting these ideas. Swamp land: dead stuff, much like the bog area from that movie Labrynth. or the swamp area from lotr. reeds and some scattered rock, dead trees, lots of boggy looking puddles. try slushy brown paints left to dry then pva for cheap water effect. perhaps some cotton wool puffs of low laying mist. A volcanic area to represent war and bloodlust. I saw an excellent tutorial on how to paint volcanic rocks and thought it would translate to broken up cork tiles as a field of paving stones with volcanic lava between them. perhaps some steam vent type mounds with cotton wool pufts of steam and some volcanic rock (swipe it from garden beds, you know that horrid red stuff) painted black magic and change I picture as being a building, i dunno i think it's just that magic is always associated with intellect and civilisation.. and magic users always have a high tower somewhere. Trees growing out of the cracks between paving stones, red leaves, purple trunks.. hmm you could go really willy wonka here? remember that scene when they enter the bulding and are in the corridor that gets smaller and smaller. Or the boat scene is good too, lots of swirls and chaos.. you could throw glitter around. or be really unexpected and go for soft pastel colours, real hello kitty and carebears stuff pleasure and pain, sounds like it needs contrasting textures, sharp edges, lots of blades. small bushes and trees that have razor sharp leaves. Chains hanging from trees (like those mosses in the florida everglades) small rhinestones and pearls scattered around I got some cheap ones from the warehouse in the beading/craft section. Mirrors would add a quirky touch, perhaps surrounded by long spiky objects.. the pleasure of looking at oneself brings pain I've never played any warhammer and my knowledge of it is very limited but these are just ideas. One thing Ihave been trying recently is spraying everything I can find with white or grey primer because taking away the colours allows you to see the texture and form, something that you thought ick suddenly becomes usable. Fabric soaked in PVA or other kind of glue can be draped into interesting forms, specially if you're not trying to make it look like something real

CC bonuses in bloodlust area, ranged penalties . Leadership penalties in disease and decay for "good" sides and bonuses for "chaos" and "dark".

Psykers pass psychic tests more easily in magic area maybe yet normal troops are inflicted more damage. moving through senses area a D6 is rolled 4+ movement is helped by a D6. On a 3- on the first die movemetn is decreased a D6
