After a couple of weeks of intensive building and wrecking work (wrecking mostly, of course) my new mancave is habitable. Still needs tarting up and tidying up, but you get the general idea. Casting and metalwork benches Painting and sculpting bench Spraying and miscellaneous tinkering bench Reference section and audio lounge (through the window is another room that I've graciously allowed my wife use as a storeroom for her business). The door to the left leads to the garage where I've got my messier tools, jigsaw, big grinders and that sort of stuff. Huh? Wassa? I was asleep... The Bar (still deciding on a name. "The PitYak Arms" probly). Through the door is my fishing room. Well, fishing tackle storage room I suppose, I don't actually fish in there. And finally, no workshop is complete is without the faithfull mutt. There's also a house and that sort of stuff attached, but I don't spend much time in there.

Prize to whoever can identify the most toys on the bar shelves. Tricky, since a lot of them are practically invisible in the pic

Top shelf Boxed TMNT's Michealangelo? - no TMNT ? - no R2-D2 - no IG-88? kinda looks like a cyberman though - no Hansolo - yes Ben Kenobi - I was going to say no, I don't have any ben kenobi's, but of course you're right, it is Open Han Solo - yes Transformer Possably ultra magnus (I think) - close - McDonalds Optimus Prime ? Batman - yes ? looks like some legos followed by maybe popeye? - Not legos, those are just a collection of heat sinks. As for popeye, if you're looking at what I think, you're waaay off! Lower Shelf TMNT Raph? - no, but looking at that one I can see why you thought they were tmnt's Looks like conan or he-man ? -kinda same sorta genre, but no. Assortment of judges from Judge dread, I am rusty on their names - yep, assorted 2000ad characters Crow - no, but good guess ? Wolverine - yes Judge on bike? - no, someone on a bike though Thing - yes Vader mask - actually very close, but not quite. A vader of sorts, but quite specific (clue - there are two of these on the shelf) c3po - yes r2d2 - yes (no idea how you spotted those two! the rest seem like starwars - the rest of that shelf is pretty much all starwars figures of varying scales, and a few toy soldiery things.

What I thought was IG88 is grevious to his left it could be the translator/hanger on with a tenticle head from jabbas palace/ pit scenes
The chick in the red could be from bubblegum crisis =\ not sure about that
The bike Iwould guess at either chost rider (doesnt look on fire though) so the other guess would be logan (wolverine) again
is their an upside down spiderman between thing and the bike?
Would the vader be the voice modulator ? or some kinda creep james earl jones money box hehe? I havent seen a magic 8ball vader head. hehe *shake shake* "I am you father" *shake shake* "I have you now" *shake shake* "Search you heart, you know it to be true"
Is that black skinny thing standing amongst the area of various scale starwars is that the character from MDK ?
is the white suited plushy clip formerly guessed as popeye really mr magoo ? or maybe dr evil ?
At a random guess is the amazonian lokking broad from a tom mcfarlain range ? possably like spawn darkages ?
The heman like feller is he from that generic range of ckeletons that cam out? I cant member who they were or who they fought but they were mean looking figures...
And the callander? wheres that from?

What I thought was IG88 is grevious to his left it could be the translator/hanger on with a tenticle head from jabbas palace/ pit scenes
-still not there I'm afraid
The chick in the red could be from bubblegum crisis =\ not sure about that
-not sure where she is from either, but that's a good enough guess. I've got three of these bizzarre japanese figures, one in a tennis dress, one dressed as racing driver, and this one (my favourite) the dominatrix. All have, erm, realistic silicon attributes. Ideal gift for the action figure nerd in your life. The bike Iwould guess at either chost rider (doesnt look on fire though) so the other guess would be logan (wolverine) again
-bingo. Logan
is their an upside down spiderman between thing and the bike?
-Yes there is. Rare earth magnets in action
Would the vader be the voice modulator ? or some kinda creep james earl jones money box hehe? I havent seen a magic 8ball vader head. hehe *shake shake* "I am you father" *shake shake* "I have you now" *shake shake* "Search you heart, you know it to be true"
-nope, nope, nope, but is a kind of novelty item
Is that black skinny thing standing amongst the area of various scale starwars is that the character from MDK ?
-What's MDK? You probably wouldn't get that one, it's a metal tuatara, but looks like a black skinny thing from this angle (as well as all the toys, the more observant among you may have noticed I collect herptiles too - that's a tank of frogs beside the espresso machine
is the white suited plushy clip formerly guessed as popeye really mr magoo ? or maybe dr evil ?
-Ahh, that's what you thought was popeye. Not bad, but my wife just came back from perth where she visited fremantle prison, and that's a delightful stuffed convict with magnetic hands. Just what I needed.
At a random guess is the amazonian lokking broad from a tom mcfarlain range ? possably like spawn darkages ?
-this is what I thought you thought was popeye. Spot on, Tiffany II from Mcfarlane/Spawn
The heman like feller is he from that generic range of ckeletons that cam out? I cant member who they were or who they fought but they were mean looking figures...
-Don't remember them, but they sound cool. but no.
And the callander? wheres that from?
-Heh heh. That's my favourite, The Dove curvy girls calender

Nice job there, much tidyer than when I dropped round! Stacey (my wife) is even impressed. How you going with those Britts, ready for a game? Cheers woah, too many replies, I can't keep up! It is a wee bit more organised than when you saw it. Mine's impressed too, judging by the amount of time she spends in it. I don't know, she's got a whole house to herself... Still no further, but the tommies are my first priority when I can start doing stuff for me again. One downside of having all these display areas is I can see all my short lived obsessions at once. It's like "ooh, i'll just finish a few more arthurians before I get onto... no wait, I'll do my planes...ah sack it, I'm going to fire some nails into something"

True, if i'd taken a shot to actually show all the stuff on the shelves, it wouldn't be half as much fun. Once I've got everything sorted out I'll get some detail shots to put you all out your misery. The discussion on the fow board seems to revolve around my choice of dexktop of wallpaper
