And even now 12 Men of Minas Tirith for $14. A box of 24 costs you $35!!  Isn't a box of Minas Tirith warriors 40 dollars? I picked up two issues of number 2 of BGiME, for 28 dollars, same thing at GW would have been forty, plus I get the paints! |

I'd be suprised if it gets to $50. Good estimate! TerrorFirma: Obviously I'm dissapointed for you it didn't sell, but glad to see you had a resonable reserve. Maybe you should try ebay, that's seems to be the general consensus. |

A guy at work was getting rid of stuff. HE sold me the FOTR box set for $40, but it dindt have the manual. One the condition I give him a few painted minis.
I thought sweet....but then realised that without the book, and with these magazinesthe gobos are 6.95 and the elves are 13.95.
Thats roughly 7+7+14+14 = 42 + ya get paints.
Kinda ripped myself off DOH!! (tho I got the ruin sprus too)
What I might do is paint one of each posed character and charge him $5 for plastic and $20 for metal (like lurtz, frodo etc). That way I'll get the paints and stuff and get my money back (even tho I lose out by time spent).
I figure its a hobby and its paying for itself while I learn
