I'm not trying to kick anyone out of here, but you all might be interested in another forum in which I participate, The Clubhouse. It's technically an American board, but has worldwide membership of over 2500. They have sections on minis, historical figures, superhero kits, garage kits and scifi kits. But for me the real draw is the sculptors forum. If this is your bag, then you will never find a better place to learn the arts of sculpting, molding and casting. The participants in this forum include the worlds greatest sculptors (I"m talking here more about industrial sculpting - toys, action figures and the like, rather than the old hammer and chisel artisty types). If you want to know anything, someone will have an answer for you. There is a very good chance you will meet the sculptor of your favourite toy or model kit if you hang out there. I am currently in discussion with one of my heroes, Dan Perez, whose site i have mentioned previously. A conversation on the forum recently went something like this; "I've just bought a kit of XXX, and it is awesome" "Thanks, it was a tricky one to sculpt that" "And I had trouble casting it too". You've got the customer, the sculptor and the caster, all on one forum! check it out; www.theclubhouse1.net
