Hey Dustan, really good work.
I particularly like Bloatgut, Ive got a few hero quest ogres at home and they dont provide you much to start with!
and is that someone in the back ground holding one of those light reflecters Ive seen on Sports Illustrated?!Damn Orcs always behaving like fashion models!

I would put 9 of those ogres on my wish list, The Bloatgut needs his retinue of cyborks,
And in the 2nd month bloatgut did create 9 orks carved in his own image and low he did say unto them "Let there be WARGH!"
And there was. ;D
With the amount of time I spent on bloat gut, I am going to have to work double to make 9 cyborks, I want to keep the mdical staff looking very much like pressent day but its hard to blend ork, machine and doctors and nurses.
Yeah thats my paint crusted thumb holding a reflector. It realy made a difference on the photos, plus my mate Gee's camera is fantastic, the original pictures are all 1mb files int 2272 x 1704, I resized them to 35% before cropping, but my software stopped responding. I am going to make a website soon and have a tonne of pictures just as soon as I get photoshop installed I got a few planed background swaps.
we had to switch lighting cause the sun set as we were taking the last pics, next month though I am going to build a photo booth for them, bit of terrain and a turntable to swivel the subjects.
Baldurs gate time =] yay

Playing the first one with Tales of the sword coast add on, Its my first time playing them, not for a lack of love of roleplaying mostly cause I dont like pointing and clicking that much, but my buddy who moved in gets into it. (I didnt have to move flats like I first thought during round one) We played multiplayer last night but it wasnt as good as I hoped, I think never winter nights might work a little better in that respect but I havent tried yet
I am liking it but there just isnt enough scope, I was more of a Dagger falls kinda guy, I loved morrowind accept no multiplayer, if it had that then it would rock sooo much harder. Morrowinds story isnt enough for me either, infact the only RPG that I enjoy the story for is Final Fantasy, but that has limited scope also. I think I would really like MMORPGs but I dont want to have to keep buying a computer game I own every month... thats not what its about.
I think Fable would be the closest to what I am looking for (Havent played it) but basically it will never be better than sitting around a table with a bunch of mates, Dice and junk food. Its just hard to find 4-6 people who have regular time to spend trudging through dungeons.

Ive played that first one + tales of the sword coast on numerous occasions but never got around to finishing it. I think its still great considering how old it is. Not to mention it still uses THACO, anyone seen a new RPG that has the word THACO anywhere?
But then how many people out there can tell me what THACO means?
Morrowind is my favourite computer RPG (Im not into multiplayer) and with the 2 add ons its massive, I cant believe the story didn't satisfy you, thats insane! Altho from what Ive heard of daggerfall it covered a HUGE area (never played it). Ive had a quick game of fable and it seemed to be very good but alas No X-box.
Neverwinter is also awesome (but handicapped by only having 1 Lackey rather than a whole group) but we had most fun playing that multiplayer.
Ive actually never played a genuine pen and paper RPG but I think your right, a computer just sits quietly waiting for you to flick the switch then plays as long as you want all hours of the day and night.

Probably some central system which is the link to the web way, or maybe the inquisition has come to purge the forces of the blood god which are soo near to finding the black library and engulfing the universe into a new definition of darkness..... Ill try get my act together and write some fluff as i love doing that kind off stuff.

I have the next two weeks off uni and I am on holiday, I am going to try an pull a huge effort and aim for about 60 models (20 grots are mostly painted) and if at all possable I want to get as many boyz painted as I can I have two units of 30 an I am trying to figure out if I can actually paint that many figures in a month... I want to get the bigest part of my army out of the way before starting Uni again...
I am wondering what physical and psychological effects a whole day at the brushes can bring on.I might have to set my day and do an hour by hour photo showing the progress... it will take a bit of planing but we will see.
I will have it all worked out by the 1st
and saturday or sunday might be the days of doom

Well its been a good day for wargaming
I started building my 4'x4' board, I cust and glued polystyrene to the mdf, I have marked out roughly where the fisures will go, the best part about this is I can have a river for all intensive purposes but it can realistically stop in the middle of a table without worrying about what happens next.
I also won an Auction on trade me
For the princly sum of $150 I have got ALL the orks I need for conversion, another full strength (30) Slugga mob, I can unconvert 16 stormboys (capacitors and bezels make great jet packs.
This will give me 41 orks left to play with, which means I can make another unit of Boyz, 20 strong and armed with shootas
I might actually can the idea of having 2 30 strong grot units for another.
Oh joy, now just have to wait till they get here...
for those quick at math, I just added 72 models to my need to paint in the next 5 months... I think I have to try and paint that many this month just so I dont fall behind.
