Hello all! This is the thread where I'm going to be posting my updates on my progress through a massive Dark Eldar army. So keep checking here to see what I'm doing

Ok here's my plan.
Month 1:
Dark Eldar squad (20ish guys, 1 Sybarite, 1 standard bearer)
Month 2:
6 Reavers
Month 3:
Dark Eldar squad (20ish guys, 1 Sybarite, 1 standard bearer)
month 4:
1 raider with crew
Month 5:
Dark Eldar squad (20ish guys, 1 Sybarite, 1 standard bearer)
Month 6:
Dark Eldar special characters (Lord, Retinue, Drazhar, Scourges)
I fully intend to paint these to the highest standard possible, and since i love conversions (My entire SM army is converted), this army's gonna be pcked full of conversions.
The paint scheme is most likely going to be red and gold.

Hey sounds good! Is there actually an advantage in having a standard bearer (I dont have latest edition rules) or are you taking it as an opportunity to do something funky?! oh and <ahem> I think its Sybarite. (but dont quote me on that!) |

It probably is Sybarite, I only just recieved the whole army and Codex so I haven't had time to learn everything yet ;D and now my previous post has been corrected.. Or so I hope And about the standard bearer? Yea Im just taking the chance to do some cool conversions  everybody loves cool conversions... |

Hello all
Here is my first post for the contest:
This month i aim to finish around 20 Dark Eldar, all with 2 ccw. This includes a Sybarite and a standard bearer. While the standard bearer serves no purpose game-wise it makes for a cool conversion. I will be posting my "before" photos this afternoon with any luck

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I am hereby withdrawing from the contest. My reasons are as follows: 1. I am unable to access a good digital camera with whicc to take photos. 2. We are shifting house and the models have to be packed up for some number of weeks  Therefore I am pulling out of the contest, but I wish all of the other contestants the best of luck. |
