Where I can get some alternatives to fow figures? I've had a gutsful of battlefront's italy infantry; dull poses, badly cast with lots of flash and mold lines (not a big problem) but also misaligned molds resulting in figures with (relatively) massives steps in them that are impossible to correct easily (big problem). If it wasn't for the handful of dak figures I've bought that are slightly better I would be giving up on them all together. If it wasn't for the quality of the vehicles, I'd be giving up on all their models all together. Even still, if I don't get a resolution to the complaints I submitted (missing parts, airbubbles and torn molds in resin vehicles, decals printed so out of register that balkenkreuz look like black crosses with a white drop shadow! Now waiting for four weeks, despite assurances to the contrary from battlefront %20> ) I will be giving up on the whole lot. I fancy some Peter Pig minis, but neither they nor their american distributor, brookhurst hobbies, seem to want to reply to my mails. Anyone know where to get them apart from these two outlets? or any other 15mm men? preferably not too dissimilar to battlefront's, as would like to use the hundreds of dollars worth I've already bought. (and what's up with my smilies / frownies? they don't seem to be working?)

OK, I've just had a look at QRF figures from Olympian Games. Don'tlook great, but that might just be down to the photos. A possibility at least.

yeah peter pig do sell direct (and it's an awful site) but they haven't been replying to my mails so i'm reluctant to send them any of my hard earned.
there's an aussie site I used a while back but i'm damned if i can remember it, they had all sorts of genres in all sorts of scales

Not Eureka Miniatures? They resell a bunch of stuff as well as their own: www.eurekamin.com.au/Reading "Tacitus: The Annals of Imperial Rome" at the moment and damned if it isn't quite interesting .

no it wasn't that one, I'm fairly sure it was a plastic specialist, so I'll probably find a link on plastic soldier review.
