When I was a kid I used to read a lot of marvel comics. They would do these tings called a "noprize" which as you might guess was absolutely nothing. I'm going to run a similar competition The "Gentlemen and Players" board, as much as I like the name, is obviously becoming unweildy. I am going to split it up into Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and Historical (or to put it another way, "LOTR and Warhammer", "40K" and "That other one Pirate Wench and PitYak keep trying to get people to read") Let's have some suggestions for decent names for the new boards. (and if they are really good, I might change it from a "noprize" to a "smallprize")

Right. Noone wants a "noprize" so it'll have to be a "smallprize". Here's how it's going to work. If you want to suggest a name for the new game boards (that's message boards, not the boards you play on ) add a message here. No limit to the number of times you can enter, but put all of your entries in one post, so the thread doesn't end up too long. Once we've got a reasonable number of suggestions, we'll have a vote to pick the winner. I might decide not to use the winners suggestions anyway in a fit of megalomania, but the winner will get a prize: A spanking new PitYak Studios T-Shirt!!!

Well I was happy going for the noprize (its still fun to be number 1!) but I couldn't think of anything except, Fantasy, Sci-fi and other...
With the offer of a PitYak t-shirt I think I'll have to try a bit harder... does the shirt have either a Pit or a Yak on it?
Out of curiosity where did the name PitYak come from?

It won't have a yak, or a pit, but maybe the next series of T's could have;
where does PitYak come from? Hmm, see competition time pt 2!
