Chaos dwarf colour scheme, help?

I've finally found my stash of minis and decided that I wanted to paint Astragoth, chaos dwarf high priest. Only he's like OOP and it's really hard to find anything online that is a good source for colours. I want a fairy generic chaos colourscheme as I'll probably sell him once I'm done. So suggestions please?

Also he bears two flags/banners. Any suggestions for what might be on them? any of these ones here ok? or a complete nono wh40k.ei8ht.net/hangar-8_chaos.htm . I don't want to make a huge gaming fopar by using totally the wrong images.

Is he fantasy? (sorry sorta new to wargames). Those are 40k Chaos banner so they will be the wrong era and army. But you could use different aspects of all of them and create you own. Also have you tried the WHFB Webpage? you could also base a flag on their chaos ones awell.

I'm thinking the skull and arrows ones would probably be fine as he has alot of skulls and arrows on him.

I decided to go for a deep purple with acid green accent. But amm stuck on what colour of beard/hair would look good with that.

Maybe redybrown colour or even black?? I would do a couple of test paints . Do you have a spare dwarf that you could test paint?? or for a basic idea of what it would look like you could draw the model on a piece of paper and colour it in, in different schemes.
