As you know I'm (slowly) amassing a 20mm Dark Ages Britons army, so when I saw 155 Roman, Celtic and Gaul Infantry and Cavalry on TradeMe, I had to have a go. I was doing alright, had an auto bid up to $20; someone bid me up to $13, but I was still feeling confident.
Then this morning I gets up to "You're auto-bid has been exceeded"! $21!. Right, I'm going to jump in at the end, cos I really want these.
Now I get a second mail, this time from my mate, saying "Phil, are you SniffingGeneral on TradeMe? I think I've just bumped your price up. I knew you like them so was going to get them for you".
