Ok, so I've got some nifty Natolis 'long grass' and I've made a few little 'reed' bushes with it...however I'm wondering if they're going to stay stuck down ... Can anybody recommend a good way of creating and sticking 'tufts' of long grass down? What I've resorted to is: 1) Drill a 1.5mm hole in the terrain base. 2) Assemble a 'tuft' and try getting the end to form a point about 1.5mm round ...slather the end with PVA and jam it in the hole. 3) Hope it all stays glued together for some amount of time. Hmmmm I wonder if superglue would be better for tuft application? Any help appreciated!

Trim the end square, then dip in a pool of superglue. That should give you a solid tip to th eclump, then pva it down.

Heh, so obvious when you put it that way . Thanks Phil! That Natolis long grass is great stuff too. I might have to look at the rest of the Natolis range on Pityak.com
