Now thismust have some interesting wargaming potential!
Im thinking skirmish type urban warfare, 20-25mm scale or go the other way and use it for EPIC 40k.
Point of fact my best mate works as a town planner and has had to construct these in the past. He has a knack for building wargame terrain in the time I would still be figuring out the concept!

. I don't play Epic so I can't comment on the tables usefulness for that but I would agree that such a table would definetely work best for either Necromunda or Mordheim or maybe some Non GW skirmish wargame.
