Now thismust have some interesting wargaming potential! Im thinking skirmish type urban warfare, 20-25mm scale or go the other way and use it for EPIC 40k. Point of fact my best mate works as a town planner and has had to construct these in the past. He has a knack for building wargame terrain in the time I would still be figuring out the concept!

Mmmmm, death in the burbs . I don't play Epic so I can't comment on the tables usefulness for that but I would agree that such a table would definetely work best for either Necromunda or Mordheim or maybe some Non GW skirmish wargame.

That is nice. I wouldn't mind a job like your mate's.
It says it's 1/100, but I reckon that would suit 1/72 OK. Most 20 / 25mm wargames I've seen seem to use scenery that's slightly underscale anyway.
I'm busy ammasing some 20mm figures for a modern / near future game based on Foundr'y Street fight rules, and it would work great on that board.
