King of Scotland (Robert Bruce in the middle, Wallace in red, the standard bearer carries a shield bearing Argyle (I think) arms for no reason other than it looks good and is easy to paint (although after painting twleve lions rampant, anything seems easy)) ... and his foot sloggers. Bow and Psiloi in front, pike behind (Admire the straightness of those pikes - you'd never see 24 white metal or plastic pikes that straight!) English horde, lead by a monk.

Those are freakin' sweet I have to say. 20mm scale? That heraldry is impressive. Nice revoltin' peasants too.

The heraldry's "suggestive" rather than realistic, but works quite well as that shot shows. Close up it dosen't pass muster. Also, I did my best lions on the internal horse sides (if you see what I mean) and those on the outside of the elments are a bit crap as I did them last. Next time I'll remember to paint the most visible ones first! Also, the banner may look like it was painted by a five year old, but that was actually intentional, based on this pic; www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Boxes/STR081Box.JPG
