DBA collection so far;
The painted figs are my old ones that are currently being re-based, the undercaoted ones are new (I'm trying a new plan of attack on these - black primer then light dust undercoat of brown)
At the back is the Britons; 2x3Cv, 6x4SP, 1x2LH, 1x2Ps. Need one more spear element, and knights. All the painted figs will slowly be replaced by more historically accurate ones, after I complete the opposition;
The bunch in the middle are Picts, 2LH, 5x3Sp, 3Wb, 3x2Ps, LCh. These still need another pair of light horse, and the pre-painted light horse need woad adding (they weren't picts originally). The light chariot is scratched; two HaT ponies, an italeri gaul, and the rest from scrap. This started out as one of those five minute projects, quick and simple and not much detail, but then I got carried away adding the yoke and harness and stuff, so its a bit of a mix of the good and the bad.
The bunch at the front are Saxons; 3x4Wb painted, another warband primed, and 2 Psiloi also primed. I quite like the Psiloi, one is carrying three homemade javelins. Only 7 more warbands to go then this one's finished!
The final opponent for Arthur's merry men will be visigoths, which I haven't started.
I eventually hope to have three complete armies of Britons, then that combined army can face off against the the triumvirate of enemies.
