The seed never falls far form the tree does it? After finishing my Imperial marines I turned my attention to a new army - Chaos!
This is a thread devoted to my new army (See title of thread) Angmar Bloodwolf's Warp Stalkers.
The Warp Stalkers are my attmept to win something at Conquest next year - what it is you'll have to wait and see.
Basically the Warp Stalkers are a 13th Company Space Wolf force gone bad, and use the Chaos Codex as their basis.
I followed a strict set of rules when I designed the list, in attempt to boost the overal theme of my army. The "rules" are as follows:
*Uses the Night Lords roster - Night Vision is standard for all wolves, so it made sense.
*Limited amounts of vehicles due to being lost in the Warp
*All models must have EITHER counter assault of furious charge, symbolising their wolf connections.
*Each "Pack" must have an Aspiring Champion accompanied by AT LEAST one Chaos Hound.
The models are going to be made 13th company style, eg. a mix of Imperial and Chaos parts, with the colour being a black blended to red/brown
The following is the IA article I wrote on the Warp Stalkers:
____________________________________________
Space Wolf legend states that the group that came to be known as Thirteenth Company was sent by Leman Russ to pursue the Thousand Sons in to The Eye of Terror. They vanished from Imperial records, and their loss is honoured by a black stone in the Grand Annulus (the record of Space Wolf Great Companies).
The reappearance of the Thirteenth Company during the Thirteenth Crusade of Abaddon the Despoiler was well noted, but when they did so there was a smaller break off fleet unknown at the time to the forces of either side.
PHYSICAL TRAITS
Led by a powerful Wolf-Lord known as Angmar Bloodwolf, the Warp Stalkers are fierce fighters, and slaughter in the name of no-one but themselves. Said to be more wolf than human, the Warp Stalkers strike fear into the hearts of their foes.
Ten thousand years in The Warp has had no real effect on the physical appearance of the Warp Stalkers, although their mentality has changed. They have a severe hatred for anyone but their own kind, and serve neither the forces of Chaos or the Emperor of Mankind.
As far as actual appearance goes, the Warp Stalkers look very similar to their loyalist kin, although with somewhat darker skin. They make frequent use of warpaint on their exposed flesh, whether it be paint or the blood of their foes none are sure.
Their power armour is dark red, nearly black, symbolic of their bloodthirst. It is not uncommon for their power armour to be smeared with blood, the scent of which drives the wolf within into a frenzy.
HOMEWORLD
The Warp Stalkers take no planet for their homeworld, instead traveling from world to world. They emerge either from the Eye of Terror or some other rift in real space to raid a planet, often for no apparent reason, and then return to the Warp.
The last recorded emergence of the Warp Stalkers was in M39206 in the Eastern Fringe, where they launched an attack on the Imperial world of Tarentus. After that the Warp Stalkers returned to the Warp, and have not come to the attention of the Imperium for some time.
ORGANISATION
The exact number of Angmar Bloodwolf’s Warp Stalkers is unknown, but it is believed to be in the hundreds. As they lack the ability to recruit new neophytes, each member of the Warp Stalkers is elite, trained in the art of death.
The Warp Stalkers have large numbers of infantry, and make frequent use of bikes. There are also many hounds enslaved by the Warp Stalkers; whether these are hunting beasts or fellow comrades who could not control their geneseed no-one knows for sure.
The main focus of the Warp Stalkers is assault, with many infantry based squads similar in make-up to an independent wolf-pack. Those who excel even further in the art of death are organised into bike squads, where they motor across the field and into enemy lines.
There are of course those Warp Stalkers who administer death at long range. These few individuals are placed in squads armed with arcane but heavy weapons, again much similar in makeup to a wolf-pack.
Within Angmar Bloodwolf’s army there are marines who have either completely succumbed to their geneseed or been tainted physically by the powers of the Warp. These possessed marines are fully wolf, with claws that rend armour as easily as a power weapon would. Though few in number they fight with inhumane strength, and their arrival on the field of battle can easily turn the tide in favour of the Warp Stalkers.
Due to the lack of Iron Priests within the Warp Stalkers, the ancient secrets of Technology are unknown to Angmar Bloodwolf and his followers. Thus they have no vehicles, although Warp Stalker Dreadnoughts have reputedly been sighted on several occasions.
THREAT INDEX
Angmar Bloodwolf’s Warp Stalkers have been classified as a serious menace on the Imperial Threat Index.
The fact that they have suffered the taint of Chaos alone is enough to put them on the same level as other dedicated Chaos worshippers. The thing which separates them, however, is the fact that they have attacked both Chaos and Imperial forces on regular occasions, which leads the Inquisition to believe that they follow no law but their own, making them even more dangerous.

Basically that explains everything, Im looking for C&C on this or anything within this post.
I'll post pics asap (I promise this time, honest)
Army list to follow also, Im just tweaking it that last bit before I go nuts and order shoulderpads from the UK (gotta make sure how many I need )
