Just ordered some figures from Peter Pig. Their website says "thanks for ordering from us. We will get your order out as soon as possible." Good, just as you would expect.
Then after placing the order I get an email;
"We aim to despatch all orders within two weeks of receipt"
Two weeks?!?!?! not "expect to wait two weeks for delivery" or anything like that, but they'll try and post it out sometime in the next two weeks! They must be miles away from the nearest post office and don't know anyone who'll give them a lift.

rang a junkmail firm today and ordered stuff for my better half , " please allow 21 days for delivery " they say , 0800 number and i am talking to someone in Ozy and the goods have to come over by BOAT ! no wonder the postage is only $7.90 . 
it only encourages them to send more mail I do not want .
