How about a sculpt/convert your own santa competition? Definatly fits the theme and could be fun.

that sounds great. Wish i still had my old Citadel Sanity Claus
Maybe a more general idea, like not necessarily santa claus, but something christmasy at least? (like the incredibly succesful easter comp a while back)
