Resene 'textured paint'. From memory it's around $40 for a litre. It's an undercoat so it's white acrylic paint. You'll have to put a base coat over the top. Not too bad but by god make sure you clean your brushes well afterwards Not sure how it'll paint up with drybrushing...but we'll see... sigh - *after* I repair the frickin' tile I guess. I've undercoated more of the 'bookshelf of death'. I swear it'll be out of the garage before the next game night.

So I got the job =] and boy is it going to help... works out perfect timing so I wont have any weeks without cash (yay) get a big holiday pay out from the labs, and best of all the new job is at Bunnings =] I never have to pop out to the hardware store on my lunch breaks. Huzah!!! It also means i will have access to all materials to realy get my workshop buzzing. Another fantastic thing is weekly pay on the day before my day off =]
The move was good, I broke 80 orks in a terrable accident (but they can be glued). I still havent finished unpacking the garage but its looking sweet so far.
I will be back on the net properly next week

Also this cave of mine can fit 3 level wargaming tables, with the option for a 4th table that would need to be proped up to make it level ;D
I am going to work on getting the 3 first, and with the new job at bunnings I will be able to make at least one of them a portable 6x4...
couple that with the arcade machine and its quite a big boys retreat =]
